Citizens Advice Manchester has been extremely proud to support the Lloyds Bank Academy and it was great to be at the launch yesterday with GM Mayor Andy Burnham. On a daily basis we meet people who need to access essential online services but have little or no digital skills. To be able to refer those who want to improve these skills has been a much needed outcome.
